As a pet parent, you know your animal well: if you notice rapid breathing, a hunched posture, pale or bluish gums, lethargy, or difficulty recovering after a walk in warm weather, using it right away can help your pet feel better while you head to the vet. This is not the right solution if your pet is already in a critical condition.

Each cylinder lasts for 15 minutes at a flow rate of 1.0 LPM. The complete kit provides up to 90 minutes of total oxygen at 1.0 LPM.
At a flow rate of 0.5 LPM, each cylinder lasts for 30 minutes, and the complete kit provides up to 180 minutes of total oxygen.

With our portable oxygen kits, there is no risk of administering “too much” oxygen. They never reach flow rates or volumes that could be dangerous. Oxygen toxicity occurs only with very high concentrations over long periods. Each kit is pre-set to the correct dosage, and the 90 minutes of oxygen at 1.0 LPM or 180 minutes at 0.5 LPM are not sufficient to cause harm.

Pawprint canisters are small, lightweight, and easy to handle: they have over 10 times lower pressure than a standard cylinder. They are safe to use at home and in the car. They withstand both heat (up to 49 °C) and cold, so they are also safe if the package is left outside. Oxygen is not flammable, but it can accelerate combustion: keep the canisters away from open flames and do not puncture them, just like any aerosol can.
